1. Services

Moviro connects riders with independent, licensed taxi drivers. Moviro is not a transport company and does not provide transportation itself.

Fares are shown before or at booking. Add-ons (e.g. premium, courier, extras) may be charged separately.

2. Account and use

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Misuse (e.g. fake bookings, harassment, fraud) may result in account suspension.

3. Payment

Riders pay via payment methods stored in the app (e.g. card, TWINT). Charges apply after the ride is completed.

Drivers pay a monthly subscription according to the price list at registration. Ride commissions are not retained unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and no-show

Cancellations and fees follow the rules shown in the app at the time of booking.

If the rider does not show up, a fee may apply under the fare policy.

5. Liability

The driver is responsible for performing the transport. Moviro is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct within legal limits.

Indirect damages or lost profits are excluded where permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance unless you object.

7. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, CompiTaxi’s registered office.
