Delete account — Moviro

You can request deletion of your account in the Moviro (rider) or Moviro Driver (driver) app. This page describes the process required by Google Play and applicable privacy law.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email from the address registered on your account to privacy@compitaxi.com including:

• Which app you use (Moviro or Moviro Driver)

• Your full name

• The email used to register (and phone number if on file)

• A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted

3. Data we delete

Profile data (name, email, phone, profile photo)

Login credentials and sessions

Payment method references stored on our platform (e.g. saved cards)

App settings and preferences

4. Data we may retain

Trip and billing records where legal retention applies (e.g. accounting, disputes); personal data is anonymized where possible.

Information held by payment providers (e.g. Stripe), which you may manage or delete under their policies.

5. Processing time

We usually process valid requests within 30 business days and confirm deletion or deactivation by email.

You may continue using the app until processing is complete; after confirmed deletion, access is permanently disabled.
