Account data (name, email, phone), trip data (pickup, destination, time, fare), payment data (via payment providers; we do not store full card numbers), device/log data, and location during active trips.

Drivers: additionally licence, vehicle and ID data for verification.

3. Purposes

Matching and completing rides, support, safety, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, and improving our services.

4. Sharing

Data is shared with drivers/riders as needed for the trip, with payment and hosting providers, and authorities when required by law.

Transfers abroad only occur with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or legal retention periods.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
